Coaching is everywhere right now. Open your phone and you’ll see ads, reels, and posts from people calling themselves life coaches, spiritual coaches, business coaches, wellness coaches, the list goes on. Some are powerful guides. Many are just repeating what they’ve read in a book.
So how do you know who to trust? How do you choose a coach who can truly be your anchor, steady, grounded, and real - in a sea of noise?
Here are some truths I’ve learned.
1. Look for Alignment, Not Just Achievement
A good coach isn’t just someone with a resume full of wins. Achievement alone doesn’t make them a guide. Ask yourself: Does this coach’s story, energy, and values align with mine? Do I feel resonance when they speak?
The right coach doesn’t just talk about success - they embody it in a way that feels authentic to you.
2. Choose Experience Over Perfection
Beware of coaches who present themselves as flawless. Growth is messy, healing is layered, and perfection is a mask.
A strong coach has walked through fire. They’ve faced setbacks, silence, and shadows and they’ve come out with wisdom to share. When they speak, you can feel that they’ve lived what they teach.
3. Pay Attention to Presence, Not Just Promises
Anyone can promise transformation in 30 days. But presence is harder to fake.
When you encounter a real coach, you feel seen, not sold to. You feel grounded, not pressured. You feel that your story is safe in their hands. A good coach isn’t just pushing programs - they’re cultivating spaces where you can rise.
4. Check Their Integrity, Not Just Their Titles
Certifications can matter, but they are not everything. Some of the wisest coaches I know carry lived experience as their strongest credential.
Ask: Does this coach walk their talk? Do they stand for something beyond themselves? Do they honor your dignity, your culture, your humanity?
True coaching is about integrity not just initials after a name.
5. Trust Your Body’s Yes and No
The most important tool you have is your intuition.
When you hear them speak or read their words, how does your body respond? Do you feel openness, safety, curiosity? Or do you feel tension, pressure, and doubt?
Your inner wisdom already knows. The right coach doesn’t silence that wisdom -they amplify it.
Your Anchor, Your Choice
The coaching world is crowded, yes. But finding the right guide is not about following trends, it’s about following truth.
Pick the coach who resonates with your soul, not just your timeline. Choose the one who carries both wisdom and wounds, presence and integrity. When you do, you’ll know.
Because the right coach doesn’t just sell transformation — they anchor it with you.
Why I Am the Coach for You
I am not the perfect coach because I’ve done everything right. I am the perfect coach because I’ve lived through silence, shame, resilience, and rebirth and I carry those lessons as tools for your journey.
I’ve stood in spaces where voices were erased and chose to speak anyway. I’ve built organizations from nothing, guided communities through healing, and written words that carry truth into light. My work is spiritually aligned, rooted in lived wisdom, and connected to all living things.
With me, you don’t just get strategy. You get sovereignty. You get safety. You get someone who sees you fully, not as a client, but as a soul on the rise.
That is what makes me the right coach for those ready to step into their next level.
